snaok (situation normal all ok)
Am bruised and tired from Aikido and my knee feels like it may go at some point soon. Does anyone know any good knee strengthening exercises? as I exercise I find that the tendons loosen (I reckon anyway) and then at some point the knee cap goes out of place. I need to find a way to tighten those tendons.On a massive up note, I can finally calculate the viscosity from my program, I have spent the last two weeks looking for the error in my program which turned out to actually be a combination of two subtle errors fixed now yeeeeeeeeeeessssss!!!!!!! don't have to bang my head against that wall now.

Yeah, they worked fine, at least it hasn't dislocated since, and I did do Ju-jitsu for a while afterwards. Squats isn't the best name, is it...? I'll add you as a friend if that's OK to keep up with your progress ;-)Yes also to the question about the piccie, it was taken at the 10th birthday I wrote about a coupla weeks ago. If you can't tell already, I was very very drunk!
